The top five most popular properties in Oldham which come with a slightly higher price tag have been revealed.
The property advertising website, Zoopla, releases the top 10 most-viewed homes of the month every 30 days.
Throughout April, those looking to buy in Oldham have been keeping tabs on their most desired properties with the list of the most popular homes ranging in price from £75k to £300k.
So you've seen the list of the top five cheapest homes Oldhamers have been keeping tabs on in April - well here's the remaining five more expensive ones which start from £220,000.
1. Sycamore Avenue, Chadderton (£220,000)
Almost three times more expensive than the cheapest home on the top 10 list is this three-bed semi-detached house for sale in Chadderton.
According to Zoopla, the property is an "ideal family home" with "quality decor" throughout.
It is comprised of a large living room that is equipped with a modern fireplace, an "elegant" open-plan dining area plus a conservatory, utility room, large garden, driveway, two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a family bathroom.
In terms of its popularity, it has come in eighth place overall.

2. Johnstone Close, Oldham (£225,000)
Crowned the most popular with the most views of the month on the top 10 list is this three-bed terraced home on Johnstone Close.
It's clear to see why this has generated the most interest, what with the home being described by the property advertising site as "immaculate" and "beautiful".
The home is made up of a porch, downstairs toilet, living room with double doors leading to a contemporary kitchen/dining room which has yet more double doors leading out onto the landscaped rear garden.
Meanwhile, stairs lead to the master bedroom, which has an ensuite, two further bedrooms and a family bathroom.
3. Harrow Avenue, Oldham (£275,000)
Next up is this four-bed semi-detached house on Harrow Avenue.
With an asking price in the region of £275k, it tiptoes towards the most expensive side of the list but sits as the sixth most popular home overall.
Inside, there is an entrance hallway with oak flooring leading to the dining room with a "picture window" that offers views of the Manchester skyline.
It also has a kitchen, integral garage, utility, downstairs toilet and a large lounge with patio doors to the garden.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom, plus a converted loft space with a skylight window.
Meanwhile, it has a large south west facing garden to the rear and a driveway.
4. Fox Park Road, Oldham (£290,000)
Coming in at ninth place on the top 10 list is this three-bedroom detached home on Fox Park Road.
Zoopla describes the property as "tastefully decorated" and "in keeping" with the character of the building.
It is comprised of an entrance hallway, dining room, "high specification kitchen" which boasts "plentiful natural light", a rear garden, living room, conservatory, downstairs toilet and a study room or bedroom.
A further three rooms, including the master bedroom which has an ensuite, sit upstairs.
5. Oak Close, Chadderton (£300,000)
The property which comes with the most expensive price tag out of the 10 most viewed is this five-bedroom semi-detached home on Oak Close.
In terms of popularity on Zoopla, it has come in fifth place for the month but is described as an "exceptionally spacious" home.
Constructed in 2014, it has a "huge" kitchen/diner, entrance hallway, lounge, downstairs toilet, a family bathroom and five bedrooms - the master benefitting from an ensuite
It also comes with a lawned garden to the rear, a driveway and a garage.
