A traffic officer for Greater Manchester Police said he met his "sporting hero" Tyson Fury while out on a job.
In a post online, Greater Manchester Police said officer Power was "not expecting" to bump into the boxing legend while out on a "long gruelling shift".
The officer said that world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, from Wythenshawe, was a "proper legend" and took the time to appreciate the officer.
The post added: "Look at that smile.
"Luckily there was nothing wrong with the big man's car.
"Phew."
