As average house prices continue to rise across the country, people in Oldham have been keeping tabs on the best bargains in the borough.
Zoopla's House Price Index suggests people in Oldham are on the lookout for reasonably priced homes as people flock to the property website in search of the best deal, and Zoopla records the homes with the most views every 30 days.
While the top 10 hottest properties of the month in Oldham vary from £90k to £649k, here are the top five cheapest on the list that all happen to fall below the £200k mark.
1. George Street, Shaw (£90,000)
This two-bed terraced house in Shaw tops both of the lists when it comes to the low price tag and popularity, being just £90,000 and the most viewed property on Zoopla in the past 30 days.
The property would be ideal for a buyer looking for a project as the images show it is in need of some TLC and updating.
2. Albert Street, Chadderton (£130,000)
Next up is this three-bed terraced property in Chadderton which is the third most popular property of the month and the second cheapest to catch Oldhamer's eyes.
Similar to George Street, the home is in need of some updating but would make for an ideal family home coming with a lounge, dining room, kitchen, three decent bedrooms, bathroom and even a small yard.
3. Yorkdale, Oldham (£160,000)
Although falling down the list at just ninth place as the most viewed property of the month, this two-bedroom semi-detached home is described as "characterful" at a reasonable price of just £160k.
It only requires some minimal modernisation compared to the others and, according to Zoopla, boasts "very distinctive features", making for an easy opportunity for a buyer to add value.
4. Park Avenue, Chadderton (£170,000)
Another affordable and popular home can be found over in Chadderton again where this three-bedroom end-of-terrace home sits on Park Avenue.
With asking prices starting from a reasonable £170k considering its generous size and location, it's understandable why the property is the second most viewed home on the site in the last month.
That, and Zoopla describes it as ideal for any first-time buyer or growing family.
5. Swallow Street, Oldham (£180,000)
The most expensive but still reasonably priced and affordable home on the list is this three-bedroom terraced home on Swallow Street.
While coming in at eighth place in terms of popularity, the home appears modern and cosy while Zoopla describes it as "stunning" inside and out, particularly in reference to its "well presented" rear garden.
