The teenage girl who died following a car crash in Oldham on Thursday has been named.
Alisha Goup, 16, died after two cars crashed on Rochdale Road, with one mounting the pavement and crashing into her.
Emergency services were called at around 1.30pm following the collision near the Royal Oldham Hospital.
Despite the best efforts of paramedics, Alisha, from Royton, died at the scene.
Alisha's family have asked for privacy while they grieve for their loss.
Now, Omar Choudhury, of Royton, and Hamidur Rahman, of Oldham, have both been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
Choudhury, 21, and Rahman, 23, have been remanded in custody before they appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court on Monday.
These charges are a result of an investigation by Greater Manchester Police's Serious Collision Investigation Unit.
