Oldham's very own 'Salt Bae' who works in a local takeaway has reached millions of viewers online.
Locally renowned chef, who goes by the name 'Salt Bhai' in reference to the Turkish food entertainer and restauranteur, Salt Bae, has taken TikTok by storm in recent weeks showing off his skills from the Bank Grill takeaway in Royton.
The takeaway, situated on Rochdale Road, films the chef's creative dishes and his humourous renditions of Salt Bae's infamous performance.
Salt Bae shot to notoriety for sprinkling salt on various cooked meats in black sunglasses.
But the most recent video of Oldham's Salt Bhai shows the chef and the Bank Grill team scrubbing and cleaning the cooking equipment when an order comes through the machine just "one minute" before closing time.
"Don't be that person", the takeaway joked in the caption.
