A fish and chip shop in Oldham has launched a unique voucher scheme for its customers this Christmas designed for the people who are "hard to buy for".
The Old Plough Chippy situated on Huddersfield Road said it has introduced vouchers to its shop in time for Christmas this year after receiving requests from customers for Secret Santa ideas.
To quell customer demands, it announced in a post on social media this week that it has now created its own "little cards" that can be used as vouchers in the store.
The vouchers which start from £4 can be spent on anything from a "chippy tea" to a chip muffin or a full portion of fish and chips.
The Old Plough Chippy said: "Just pop in the shop from tomorrow (Wednesday, December 14) and the girls will ask what you want to put in the voucher.
"It can be anything from fish and chips to a chip muffin and a can of pop.
"We hope this helps those people who are hard to buy for.
"Much love as always, the Plough team", the post concluded.
