All traffic lights are out near Oldham Bus Station, according to Transport for Greater Manchester.
Transport for Greater Manchester has warned road users to ‘approach with caution’ as all traffic lights at Cheapside and West Street are out of order.
Engineers are set to attend as soon as possible following the outage, which is located near to Oldham Bus Station.
