The bingo is 'intense', the prizes are 'crap' and the costumes are 'atrocious', but Bonkers Bingo promises to bring the party to Oldham this Halloween for a special event.
On Saturday, October 29, Bonkers Bingo is officially back in Oldham with Mecca Bingo Oldham hall hosting the one-of-a-kind wacky event.
Bonkers Bingo combines the traditional game with a unique party experience including "cringe" dance-offs, cocktails, food and a night of live music.
The event in Oldham will see DJ Sonique supply the tunes all night.
Though the occasion doesn't follow a Halloween theme, it falls on the weekend before and pledges to be "sassier, fiercer, but definitely not classier".
The description of the event continues: "We don't bring the party, we are the party.
"The bingo is intense, the prizes are crap (cat tongue brush, anyone?) and the costumes are atrocious.
"But leave your ego at the door, because when we say you twerk on a pole... You twerk on a pole.
"Oldham, we’re about to go Bonkers.
"You going Bonkers with us?"
Ryan Jackson, general manager at Mecca Bingo Oldham, said: “People really do go bonkers for bingo.
"We’ve got amazing live music, delicious food and drinks throughout the evening and an incredible selection of prizes - this is bingo as you’ve never experienced it before.”
Tickets start from £10 and the event will run from 9.30pm until 12.30am.
