The Halfway House won three awards: Hero of Lockdown, Regional Pub of the Year, and Pub of the Year 2022.
Speaking to The Oldham Times, pub manager Vikki Caira, and pub landlord Vinnie Caira thanked their team.
Vikki said: “Thank you to the great team that we have at the Halfway House – it’s a team effort.”
Landlord Vinnie said: “The place was quite rundown when we took over, so over the course of a three-year period we’ve increased trading – it’s so busy these days, it’s incredible.
“It’s because of our professionalism that we’ve managed to make it the best pub in the group.”
Nearby, The Puckersley Inn scooped the Food Pub of the Year award.
On Facebook, the pub wrote: “Thank you so much everyone for the lovely comments!! It means so much to us all.
“Massive massive achievement and amazing work from all of Team Puck.”
