A Shaw man has shared a video of a woman appearing to steal milk from his doorstep in the early hours of the morning.
Simon Howard, who lives on Smallbrook Road in Shaw, posted the video on social media website Nextdoor.
The video appears to show a woman walking up to his doorstep to take his milk delivery at around 3am on the morning of Thursday, June 23.
Simon, who gets his milk delivered between midnight and 1am each morning, wrote: “Milk stolen from the doorstep just after 3am on Thursday on Smallbrook Road.
“It may only be a small theft but for all that woman knows I could have three kids who had to go to school without breakfast.”
Commenters on the post were outraged.
Pamela Brooks-Wood, from Thorp, said: “It’s not right especially with prices going up for everyone. Cheeky! I would bring it in, in future as she may be back!”
Susan Gray, from Clough, said: “How low can people get? Someone must know her probably lives local.”
Do you get your milk delivered? Has it ever been stolen?
