A DANGEROUS driver from Oldham who drove at more than twice the legal alcohol limit was banned from the roads this week – but she steered clear of prison.
Danielle Cook, of Brown Edge Road, was sentenced before Recorder Abigail Hudson at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court on April 28.
On August 28 of last year, Cook drove a Seat Ibiza on Featherstall Road in a dangerous manner and at more than twice the legal alcohol limit.
The 30-year-old did so while unlicensed and uninsured.
