Oldham's motorists will have seven road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

And two of them are expected to cause delays of between 10 minutes and half an hour.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that two closures already in place are expected to carry on this week:

• A627(M), from 7am March 12 to 5pm April 27, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A663 northbound, from Foxdenton to A627M lane closure for carriageway reconstruction.

• A627(M), from 9pm March 28 to 5am May 29, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A663 northbound, from Middleton Road to A627M carriageway closure for sign erection.

And a further five closures will begin over the next seven days:

• M60, from 9pm April 25 to 5am April 27, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M60 clockwise and anti-clockwise, junction 20 to junction 23 - carriageway closure for maintenance works.

• A663, from 8.30pm April 27 to 5am April 28, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A663 northbound and southbound, Broadgate to Foxdenton Lane - Lane closure for horticulture (cutting and planting).

• M62, from 9pm April 28 to 6am April 30, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M62 eastbound, junction 21 - 22 lane closures due to improvements.

• A627(M), from 8pm May 9 to 6am May 12, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A627M northbound and southbound, J1 to J4 - Lane closure for drainage.
