A THREE-vehicle crash in Oldham resulted in one person being taken to hospital.
A little before 6pm on Tuesday firefighters from Mossley and Oldham, and the Technical Rescue Unit from Leigh turned out to the crash on Oldham Road, Grotton.
The incident involved three vehicles, one of which was parked.
One vehicle was flipped on its side. Both drivers involved in the crash were able to escape their damaged vehicles before firefighters arrived, and both were assessed by paramedics at the scene.
One person was taken to hospital for further treatment.
Police, ambulance and fire colleagues worked together to resolve this incident quickly and safely.
Firefighters left after 30 minutes.
