We take a look at cheapest places to fill up around Oldham.

Oldhamers have mixed views on the fuel duty cut, but price rises do appear to have slowed slightly since it came in – even if they are still much higher than they were a month ago.

While walking, cycling, or taking public transport can help to soften the blow of high fuel costs (as well as have a benefit for the climate), sometimes a trip in the car is unavoidable.
