POLICE are appealing for help from the public to find a 59-year-old man missing from Oldham.
Francis Higman was last seen on March 29.
Described as a white man of medium build, Francis is 5ft 8in tall with dark hair.
Officers are concerned about him and want to make sure he is safe and well.
