A car was left on its roof after crash on a main road into Oldham last night.
The crash, on Huddersfield Road was across from the Coach and Horses pub, at around 6.30pm.
Three fire engines from Oldham Central and Chadderton stations, with the Technical Response Unit from Ashton, were called to reports of a road traffic collision involving two vehicles.
A Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Crews arrived quickly at scene and used specialist equipment to rescue a driver from one of the vehicles.
"Firefighters worked to make the vehicles and area safe.
“Firefighters were in attendance for around an hour.”
Injuries are not known.
