ANOTHER 65 coronavirus cases have been found in Oldham, figures have revealed.
Data released by the government on Thursday afternoon said there were 440 Covid-19 cases discovered in the borough in the seven days up to February 19.
The number of Oldham residents per 100,000 people who tested positive for the virus was 185.2, less than half the UK average of 456.6.
Across the UK, 38,933 cases were found in the 24 hours up to 4pm on Thursday.
A further 125 people died after testing positive for coronavirus in the previous 28 days.
More than 139.6m first, second and third Covid-19 vaccination doses have been administered.
