FIVE locations are offering PCR coronavirus tests in Oldham today, Wednesday, and in the coming few days in efforts to reduce the spread.
It has been reported that People in England are unable to book PCR tests at walk-in and drive-in centres at the moment but the council has shared details of sites where PCR Covid-19 tests are being handed out.
A site at Oldham Mumps Tram Station Car Park on Princes Street will be giving tests from 10am to 3pm today, tomorrow, and New Year's Eve, as well as between 10am and noon on New Year's Day and January 2.
PCR tests will also be carried out on Southgate Street and the Honeywell Centre on Hadfield Street in Hathershaw from 8am to 6pm today, tomorrow and New Year's Eve and between 10am and 2pm on January 1 and 2.
Locations at Peel Street in Chadderton and Higher Memorial Park in Failsworth will operate the same opening times as Southgate Street and the Honeywell Centre too, according to the council.
