OLDHAM Council is reminding people that support is out there for their wellbeing.
The council can help you access health services like doctors, dentists and opticians.
It can also appoint professionals to advise you about accessing support around your emotional health, relationships, sexual education and screening, and drug misuse service (if required).
Residents are also encouraged to access the leisure facilities in the borough and being a part of Get Oldham Active.
Also, if you are 1still looking after a child who has left school and is 16 or 17 they are entitled to have a yearly health assessment up to the age of 18, alongside an annual optician appointment.
A reminder that there is a number of organisations that can help and support you with your mental health and wellbeing.
