The rescue in progress at Pots and Pans
OLDHAM Mountain Rescue Team were alerted by a member of the public to assist a female walker who had fallen down historic Pots and Pans in Saddleworth on Sunday (September 20).
After an initial assessment, which determined she had sustained injury to the lower leg, she was carefully packaged onto the team stretcher and carried off the hill to a waiting ambulance and taken to hospital.
