TAYLOR Edith Former teacher at St George's Primary School, East Crompton. Passed away peacefully at the Royal Oldham Hospital on 27th October 2022 aged 94 years. Beloved wife of the late Frank for 70 years, devoted and dearly loved mum of Iain. Service at St James' Church, East Crompton, Shaw, on Wednesday 16th November at 11:00am, prior to interment at Crompton Cemetery at 11:45am. No black clothing to be worn please. Flowers to the Chapel of Rest please, or donations if desired to The Salvation Army (Shaw) and East Crompton, St James PCC (for St Saviours, Crompton Fold), c/o Hedley Jackson Funeral Directors, 48/52 Rochdale Road, Shaw, Oldham, OL2 7SA.
