RODNEY WILLIAMSON Passed away peacefully in Spring Gardens Retirement Home in Edinburgh on 24 October after a long illness aged 79. He was a much-loved dad, father in law and grandfather and a friend to many. Rodney grew up in Oldham, the son of Ernest and Gladys Williamson and brother of Beryl, Peter and Colin. He left Lancashire as a young man for a career in the Royal Marine Band service but always kept close connections with Oldham. Rodney's funeral will be held in Seafield Crematorium in Edinburgh on 14 November. Family flowers only please but donations to the Lewy Body Society would be appreciated.
