CONSTANCE EAVES COOK The family of the late Constance Eaves Cook would like to thank everyone who attended her Funeral on Tuesday 22nd October at Springhead Congregational Church. Our grateful thanks to all of Constance's relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy and donations received for Dr Kershaw's Hospice, Oldham. We would also like to thank Reverend Liz Dean for a heartfelt service, Millers & Fletchers Florists and all at Hedley Jackson's for their caring, dignified & efficient funeral arrangements at a difficult time
