COOK nee KELSALL CONSTANCE EAVES On October 7th 2019, peacefully at home, aged 89 years. Beloved wife of the late Albert, loving mum of Paul and Daryl and a much loved grandma and great grandma. Service at Springhead Congregational Church on Tuesday 22nd October at 10-00am prior to committal at Dukinfield Crematorium.
