JOHN RADCLIFFE WHYMAN On 21st December 2018 aged 95 years, peacefully at Royal Oldham Hospital. Loving husband of the late Ruth, devoted father, father in law of Catherine, Patrick, Andrew and Julia and treasured Grandad of Louise, Michael, Sarah and James. Also a devoted great grandad. "John was an inspiring and well respected head teacher with a long career at schools in Oldham." Memorial service at St Chad's, Uppermill (Saddleworth Church) on Wednesday, 9th January 2019 at 12noon.
