FRANK TAYLOR Formerly of the Inland Revenue. Passed away peacefully at home on 17th October 2018, aged 94 years. Beloved husband of Edith and a much loved dad of Iain. Service at St James' Church, East Crompton, Shaw on Thursday 1st November at 11:15am prior to interment at Crompton Cemetery, Shaw. No black clothing to be worn please at the family's request. Flowers to the chapel of rest or donations if desired to The Royal British Legion, Shaw or Dr Kershaw's Hospice c/o Hedley Jackson Funeral Directors, 48/52 Rochdale Road, Shaw, Oldham, OL2 7SA. Many happy memories of Frank, Edith and Iain at Xmas times in years gone by. Frank was a lovely unassuming character with an acerbic wit, who could hold his own with anyone! God bless Edith, Iain. Your loss is incalculable.
