Agnes Patricia Jones Peacefully surrounded by her family on 18th September 2017, Agnes aged 85 years. Much loved wife of the late Ivor, dearly loved mum of Edward, Elizabeth and Brian, a loved mother-in-law to Margaret, Christopher and Maureen, a loving gran and great-gran. Funeral service to take place at Oldham Crematorium on 4th October 2017 at 11:00am. Donations only by request please, payable to Dementia UK.
