HERMINE SWIATYJ The family of the late Herminie Swiatyj wish to thank all neighbours, friends and relatives for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence and donations to BBC Children in Need. Many thanks also to Father Michael Lavin for conducting the funeral service at St. Edward's RC Church, to Declan and the musicians for their wonderful musical contribution and to Hugh Crystal at St. Edward's and John Stevenson from Mann's Wharf Catering for the fantastic wake at St. Edward's function room. Thank you also to Taylor and Clifton Ltd. Uppermill for their professional finish to the order of service booklets and Miller Florist's for their beautiful floral arrangements. Special thanks to Dr. Gulzar and the Alexandra Group Medical Practice for mum's care over many years. Grateful thanks also to the district nurses at Oldham East and all NHS staff, particularly the A& E and AMU departments and paramedics. Last but not least, sincere thanks to Laura Fox and staff at G. Barlow and Sons for their kind, caring and professional service during this sad time
