Car on driveway destroyed by fire
A CAR parked on the drive of a Shaw semi-detached home has been destroyed by fire over night.
Crews from Chadderton fire station were called to the Crossfield Close home at 2am to find the VW Polo well alight.
The home occupied by a middle-aged couple and their adult daughter was not damaged.
Police are investigating the cause of the fire.
